How to upload
- Open a countdown in the studio.
- Choose Upload or choose background in Design, or select a track in Widgets → Your soundtrack.
- Confirm that you have the necessary rights, then select a file.
- Wait for it to save, preview it and save the countdown.
Reuse without re-uploading
Your library keeps uploaded images, audio, video, fonts and PDFs with your account. Select an existing item to reuse it. Focal-point and zoom controls change the visible crop without modifying the original file.
Sound and privacy
Visitors must enable audio and keep the page open. Unsupported codecs or browser restrictions can prevent playback; an error and retry action are shown. Finish files are withheld online until the deadline. Do not use a secret reveal image as a public background elsewhere.
Motion and interactive depth
In Design, use A scene with depth to add image drift, zoom or pan. Parallax works with any background image and follows a mouse or trackpad. Glass, raised and holographic styles add layered depth without loading a 3D model. Touch devices keep a stable pointer effect. Reduced-motion preferences and data-saving mode disable automatic motion and video; viewers can also pause motion. Browsers may block even muted video playback, so a play button and still-image fallback are provided.
Edit individual countdown parts
Turn on Edit elements in the preview, or choose an element in Every element, your way. Select and drag a title, number, label or control. Arrow keys nudge the focused part; Shift increases the step. Set its font, size, weight, color, letter spacing, width, rotation and alignment, or move a block earlier or later. Time labels can be renamed. Numbers remain live and their values follow the Time settings. Mobile uses responsive stacking by default; choose Keep scaled manual positions only after checking for overlaps.
Creative starting points
- Glass Portal: drifting aurora, glass number cards and subtle pointer tilt for a launch.
- Raised Type: large dimensional numbers, a handwritten title and gentle image zoom for an event.
- Holographic Tiles: changing color reflections and flipping seconds over an uploaded video loop.
- Time Explorer: let visitors tap days, hours or minutes to explore the total wait in that unit.
Before selling a template
Confirm that image, font, video and soundtrack licenses permit the intended redistribution. Fonts served on a public page can be downloaded; they cannot be kept secret from viewers. Reusable templates exclude private finale files, codes and downloads.
Offline limitations
Visual HTML exports embed image backgrounds and supported reveal images. They include selected fonts, element sizes and positions, simple background motion and static depth styling. They do not include video, audio, PDFs, pointer depth effects or external players; no tracking or message delivery runs offline. All included reveal content can be inspected in the file.
