Creator and seller terms

Review draft — not final launch terms

The business owner and a qualified reviewer must finalize these documents, business details and operational commitments before commercial launch.

Draft seller agreement

Before paid marketplace launch, the owner must finalize licenses, seller eligibility, tax responsibilities, fee disclosures, payout timing, refund/dispute responsibilities and termination rules with qualified advice.

What a template contains

Listings distribute a reusable countdown or complete page design and permitted background/countdown audio. Page designs can also include displayed copy, media, fonts, games and restricted HTML/CSS widgets. They do not transfer ownership of the CountScene platform. Private reveal images, codes, finale tracks and PDFs are excluded from reusable templates. Buyers receive a snapshot; later seller edits do not automatically replace it.

Rights and review

Only sell original material or assets whose license permits redistribution in templates. A license to listen to a song or view an image does not necessarily permit resale. Listings are subject to owner review; avoid unsupported feature claims.

Payments

Stripe Connect onboarding and paid checkout remain conditional on configuration and testing. The planned platform fee is separately configurable; disclose it and processing fees before sellers activate sales. Refunds and disputes can pause access to a purchase library, but cannot recall downloaded copies.
