Choose Billing or refund in Support and provide the order reference and issue. Never include full payment card details. The owner reviews the request and any provider records.
Digital content
Refunding a design may pause purchase-library access. Existing downloaded or copied content cannot be technically recalled. Subscription cancellation, prorating and marketplace refund rules must be finalized separately.
